Team Management 👥

🔹 Overview​

If you have a Team subscription, you can add up to 5 team members to collaborate on projects. Each member gets access to assigned projects and departments, allowing structured decision-making and AI-driven insights.

📌 Team management gives full flexibility in assigning users to projects and departments.

📌 How to Add a Team Member​

1️⃣ Log in to your account.
2️⃣ Click on "Team" in the main menu.
3️⃣ Click "Add Team Member" and enter the required details:

  • ✅ Email – The team member’s login email.
  • ✅ Password – A password they will use for authentication.
  • ✅ Assign a Project – Select at least one project for the member (this is mandatory).
  • ✅ Assign Departments – Choose one or more departments under the project.

💡 If no project is selected, the team member will NOT be added!

📌 Team Member Access & Login​

📢 Each team member gets a dedicated login page:

🔑 What team members can access:
✅ Only the projects and departments assigned to them.
✅ Their own history of AI interactions (they do NOT see other members' queries).
✅ All AI models available in the system.

🛠 What they CANNOT do:
❌ Modify organization-wide settings.
❌ View admin or other team members' activity.
❌ Change projects or department assignments (only the admin can manage this).

📌 Assigning & Managing Team Members​

  • You can assign multiple team members to the same project and department.
  • A team member can be assigned to multiple projects and departments.
  • To remove a member from a project, simply click Remove next to the project name.
  • To delete a team member, click "Remove Member" in the Team tab.
